The menu is inspired by world-renowned chef, Jean Paul Gauci, with the mediterranean and seasonal freshness in mind, so specials change frequently.

The Piri Piri Prawns are one of Cococabana's signature items but with Jean Paul ever adapting to the changing tastes in Hong Kong, new additions to the menu include Pan Fried Foie Gras, with turnip confit and Balsamic Gastric, Hong Kong's Best Bouillabaisse and an array of imported hard to find French .

Grilled Mediterranean sardines with rosemary butter, Mackerel baked in salt crust with black olives and dry tomatoes coulis are to die for, and the Grilled Black Angus sirloin is tender and perfectly cooked to your liking. Everything is tasty and fresh, even the bread is home baked. Oh, and the mouth-watering Moroccan grill is perfect if your dining with a group of friends.

A great selection of tempting desserts await you and not to be missed are Jean Paul's home made chocolates and chocolate praline mousse cake. A great way to end the meal accompanied by fine French congnac and Italian coffee.

You can expect to pay between HK$50-100 for the family size starters and around HK$180 for the mains, which is very reasonable.
