Jean Paul of Cococabana Deep Water Bay participated in the biggest Mediterranean Gourmet event in Bangkok at the Le Meridien Hotel. Under 2 Michelin Star Chef Gerald Passadad frp, Le Petit Nice in Marseille, Jean Paul says its great chance from him to freshen up on the taste of the Mediterranean. Coco Special boat trip
On Monday 9th at 1PM Jean Paul and Laurent took out a group of friends from Cococabana. Although the weather was not fantastic there was a 13 knot wind and we managed to go sailing even in Hong Kong harbour, the good thing it wasn’t so choppy so we could comfortably sit down and enjoy a delicious Mediterranean feast including jambon de Bayonne (ham), foie gras natural, raw vegetables with tapenade, Taboulet (Cous Cous salad), Rattatouille, farm chicken roasted with garlic, Andoviettes, Aioli and Artisan Country cheese. Starting with of course, Ricard (the drink of Marseille) and finishing with champagne.
