London born, Chef Jean Paul Gauci moves to France in 1987, thus advancing his culinary skills with the brigade of Gerald Passadat, Chef de Cuisine of the 3-star Michelin restaurant Le Petit Nice in Marseilles. Respectfully with this experience, he advances in the culinary genre depicting his modern style of beautiful Mediterranean/Provence cuisine.
